For partners
We bring Spanish-speaking hospitality talent to Switzerland.
Lost in Swiss is a Spanish-language platform that guides Spanish speakers through moving to Switzerland and finding their first job here — mostly in hotels and restaurants.
Who we are
A platform built by someone who did it first.
Lost in Swiss was founded by Raquel, who left Spain in October 2024 with no contacts and no German, and found work and a flat in Switzerland. What began as her sharing the process on social media became a structured programme for people trying to do the same.
Today the platform guides Spanish speakers through the whole move: choosing the right region for their language and profession, understanding permits and timelines, writing a CV in the Swiss format, applying for work, and settling in once they arrive. It is run from Switzerland, in Spanish, for an audience that is planning a very specific journey.
Our audience
Not job seekers in general. Candidates who are already on their way.
Ready to relocate
They are not browsing out of curiosity. They are planning a move to Switzerland, often within a few months, and many have already set a date.
Hospitality first
Most target entry-level roles in hotels and restaurants — reception, kitchen, service, housekeeping — the positions Swiss employers find hardest to fill.
Language is the barrier
They speak Spanish, often some English or French, and rarely German. The single most useful thing anyone can tell them is which vacancies they can actually apply for.
They arrive prepared
By the time they apply they have a Swiss-format CV, an understanding of permits and insurance, and realistic expectations about pay and cost of living.
What we are looking for
Partnerships with job boards and platforms in Switzerland.
We want to show our members real, current vacancies matched to the language skills each role actually requires — a filter no portal offers today, and the one thing our audience needs most.
- A job feed for Switzerland (XML, JSON or any standard format), ideally filtered to hospitality and by canton
- Every vacancy links back to the original listing; applications happen on your platform, not ours
- We are open to affiliate, CPC or CPA models, and to whatever attribution and reporting you need
- We are equally interested in editorial partnerships, employer branding and content collaborations
